29th Annual Peavine Falls Run

8.2 mile run starting at upper picnic area and running to the Peavine Falls parking lot 3.5 miles up a gravel road with a climb of 900'. The trip back down includes 1.2 miles of single track mtn bike trail. Pre-registered are guarnteed a t-shirt while all the rest are first come, first served. Register on active.com or contact R.D. - Rick Melanson (205-835-0030 after 6:30 PM). Over 400 runners registered last year. Run this classic event on the 4th while less adventureous runners travel to Atlanta and "shuffle" through the course with 50,000 other "joggers".
